| I thought it’d be helpful to share with you some of my own personal experiences that brought me to InterDimensional Healing. My hope is that you’ll begin to see how simple this process is and that you’ll get some ideas on how to do more of this work and begin to integrate it in your lives now.
One day, I did a meditation, and it was an unusually long, deep meditation. As I was coming out of this space, I found that no matter what I did, I was unable to open my eyes. I worked various facial muscles and still nothing worked. After a few moments of this, I was dismayed at not being able to do something so simple. After a while longer, my confusion turned to frustration as I angrily said, “What the hell is going on here?”
All of a sudden, I found that my struggling with this threw me into a different part of my brain where I could experience another level of awareness and I could see things in a different way. I believe I had accessed another dimension. And then…there they were.
I noticed quite a number of beings of light all around me. They stood almost shoulder to shoulder as I looked 360 degrees all around me and everywhere I found angels and spirit guides observing me and the events of my life. There were quite a number of them- perhaps hundreds, I don’t know. But while I was in this state, I became aware of strong messages or sensations coming from them.
For one, the love they felt for me was palpable. It was so strong, in fact that it was bittersweet, and more than I could receive. It almost made me cry. I also had the distinct impression that they knew me much better than I knew myself, and that they laughed at me sometimes, in a loving, hopeless way. They seemed to be an incredible source of healing, nurturing, love, and information that was there just for me—if only I would but ask for their help, guidance & assistance. I had to engage them somehow or they would just keep standing there watching me.
I feel that we all have this incredible love and resource available to each one of us. But how many of us are working with these energies? Talking to the angels is something, which can seem like a stretch for some people. But with so much readily available love and support, why wouldn’t we?
When I began engaging them more, I honestly didn’t know what I was doing. I just began talking to them, telling them what I wanted and needed from them. When I started this process of reaching out to them, they made me feel that with every effort I made toward connecting with them, they’d make 20 times more effort to reach out to me and show me how to work with them. So it doesn’t matter, at this point, that you don’t do this work perfectly, just begin anywhere. Your effort and intention is all that’s required, right now. You may be surprised at what you learn. I know I was.
Over the years, I’ve learned that in working with angels, that when you make a request of them, you need to be specific. Saying something like “Heal me” is not sufficient and usually doesn’t do anything. They work best when you make specific requests of them. For example, “Please heal the pain in my heart, let me feel comfort, joy and peace again.”
I used to work as a charge nurse in a hospital in Northern California. I’d been a nurse for many years and was quite familiar with that kind of work. However, I found this particular hospital to be extremely chaotic—more than most, in fact. I’d never seen anything quite like that. Everyone seemed crazy and at odds with each other, nursing-staff, administrators, doctors, patients, family of patients. Being there was very difficult—especially for a sensitive person.
It never dawned on me that this horrible situation would be one of my greatest teachers and that I’d learn so much about healing and changing the energy in a situation like that. In desperation, I’d pray for relief from the negativity, which felt unbearable to me. Finally, I realized that I could make requests of all those angels that I’d seen that day after my meditation. I decided I would ask the angels to help me set the tone for the kind of work environment that I needed to feel safe and balanced. If other people benefited from this, that was fine. But I needed to take care of myself in this situation.
I began assigning teams of angels to clear the dysfunctional energies from the environment, another team of angels radiating love, light, peace and harmony throughout the hospital floor that I was responsible for. I had teams of angels working with the nursing staff, guiding and directing them so that the work flowed smoothly and these employees came from their strengths rather than their dysfunction. I had teams of angels assigned to each of the 40 patients, sending them love and light and taking care of all their needs so that I didn’t have to. There was one man employed as the Director of Nurses, who had very poor management skills and even worse people skills, so I would assign a team of angels keeping him busy and out of our way so we could do our work undisturbed.
I requested that the angels specifically maintain this for the duration of my 3-11PM shift—actually I’d set it up from 2PM until midnight--in case I needed to work overtime. And it was truly amazing—the difference in the energy. The pace slowed down, people were more pleasant with each other, the staff worked more efficiently, there weren’t as many emergencies and high-stress situations on my shift. I worked in this position 1 ½ years and every day I did this energetic work and everyday someone made a comment on how peaceful it was, and how lucky we were to work on such a nice day there, as this place had a reputation for being chaotic. This let me know that it was working. Even though I couldn’t see angels then, I talked to them and made requests with strong intentions, and everyday someone validated my experience by saying that they noticed it too.
When I say I sent angels to work on patients and the nursing staff, and the Director of Nurses, I don’t mean that I sent my angels to do this work. I actually directed their angels to work on them and send them light and love. I figured that no one else was talking to their angels and it seemed to me that perhaps there were many angelic beings just hanging-out, so I put them to work as well and it seemed to be effective.
So I invite you to begin talking to the hosts of angels who are very close to you to begin sending you love now. It’s a simple request, we all need love, why not? Try it and see if you can feel anything. If not, ask the angels to send the energies even stronger so that you can feel their presence. Or ask them for a sign to let you know that they are there. These are some good places to begin to get a sense of working with the angelic realm.
If you find yourself interacting with people with a difficult personality, ask their angels to send them love for the duration of your interaction together. Probably, they’re acting that way because they really need to be loved. See if you notice changes in their behavior or your interaction together. Please note that you are not interfering with their lives in an unethical way. The angels say that we can always send love and light without interfering with the free will of others.
These are some really good places to begin getting a sense of the support that we have available to us. You’ll probably get creative and think of your own ideas to begin a rapport with them. But I encourage you to begin engaging these great beings of light, who watch us patiently and wait for our call.
